Potomac Protogrove

Potomac Protogrove is a nature-based spiritual, philosophical, and social group under the Reformed Druids of North America (RDNA), a modern druid order founded in 1963, located in the Washington D.C. area. We share many of the same progressive values and non-discriminatory policies as Oakdale Grove in Minnesota and welcome new members of any background or religion who wish to experience fellowship while honoring the Earth-Mother and the powers of Nature — represented in the RDNA mostly by a mixture of Irish, British, and Gaulish pagan deities — as expressed in the local environment. We usually meet outside for simple rituals marking the turning of the seasons, but may also visit museums, monuments, restaurants, pubs, cathedrals, and other places of interest. We are based in Old Town Alexandria in Northern Virginia.
